Client Success Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- **Be the client's advocate**: Ensure a smooth and successful immigration process by proactively identifying clients' needs to recommend the appropriate service and collaborate with internal teams.
**Required Qualifications**:
- A passionate communicator with exceptional customer service skills.
- A detail-oriented individual with a knack for accuracy and organization.
- A natural multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who is adaptable and can build rapport with diverse clients.
- A professional with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
- Previous experience in customer service, or a related field is an asset.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
