We are looking for a **Full-Time Customer Success Manager.** This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to learn new skills and enjoys being part of an exceptional team. If you are someone who enjoys work and brings their A game every day, this is a workplace with lots of room to grow.

**Work Commitment**
- You will be required to work from 10AM to 6PM daily (Monday to Friday and sometimes weekends).
- First month will only be 4 hours per day.
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
- This is a long-term employment opportunity (1-5 Years).

As a **Customer Success Manager, **you will be the primary point of contact between our clients and SHIPHYPE. You will co-ordinate client requests with the warehouse team to ensure assignments are completed.

**Minimum Requirements**

SHIPHYPE is an eCommerce 3PL (third-party-logistics company) based out of **Canada.** We provide storage and fulfillment services. Our clients consists of eCommerce businesses selling on online marketplaces such as Shopify, Amazon etc. We currently have 25 employees across 3 locations.
