Our family-owned business, based in Sherwood Park, is rapidly growing and we are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sherwood Park, AB. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service and welcoming environment to our clients and ensuring that all their needs are met.
- Provide product information, quoting, and availability to customers for mechanical and tire work
- A strength in identifying and resolving customer issues and complaints
- Have a willingness to be cross trained
- Possess strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment
- 2+ years experience in a customer service / inside sales role
- A background in light duty mechanical inclusive of quoting, sourcing, and scheduling.
- A demonstrated understanding of passenger and light truck tires
