We are looking to expand our team Are you a highly detail oriented, competitive, outgoing sales person? We are in the appreciation business, so we know how to make our people feel special. We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team.

The Promo Addict is a marketing first promotional products company based in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Our team works collaboratively and creatively to find the best marketing products for our customers to give away to key stakeholders, customers and employees. The work that we do helps companies stay engaged with their people through premium incentives and keeps their most qualified brand advocates feeling connected to their brand.

The Promo Addict makes a positive difference for our clients and because of that, we have a very positive workplace. We are always looking to expand our industry knowledge and relationship building by traveling to promo shows and product training all over North America.

**Sales Representative Responsibilities**
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers on a daily basis
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
- Create Presentations, Estimates and Sales Orders using our industry best CRM software
- Stay up to date with industry standards by attending Product Knowledge Seminars and Tradeshows

**Requirements**:

- Proven inside or outside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quotas
- Experience working with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
- Strong listening and presentation skills, asking questions of your clients brings out their creativity but then you have to listen to what they say and translate it into an outstanding presentation
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- A valid driver's license and vehicle
- A valid passport and the willingness to travel to exciting destinations.
- Attention to detail with the ability to see colourwe don’t care if you see a blue dress or a black dress, but you have to be able to tell red from blue because we do a lot of work with colour matching

**Bonus Experience (Non-requirements, but it sure helps)**
- Marketing experience: Have you been in sales for an Advertising Agency, Radio Station, Newspaper, Yellowpages or other marketing related fields?
- Know what a promotional item is: It’s what we do after all
- Strong social media game. We use #promoyeg on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Our biggest marketing push each year is around social media, so being there would be an asset.

**Compensation**

Base Salary plus commission

Health Spending Account available after 3 month probation
