**Role Descriptions**:
**Inside Technical Sales & Support Position**:
A multi-facet full time position is available for a motivated individual with experience in computer assembly, repair, troubleshooting, installation of Microsoft Windows operating systems, and Ethernet networking.

In addition to computer technician-related tasks, this position also involves important inside sales-related responsibilities such as providing customers pricing quotations, technical documentation, verbal and written technical support for computers, and a variety of industrial automation, networking, and communications-related hardware and software products.

This multi-facet position requires a highly self-motivated individual, who can work well independently with mínimal supervision and also within a team environment.

Organizational skills are required, as is the ability to set priorities and adjust dynamically as daily circumstances change. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are required.

A technical degree with a related skill set is preferred.

**Outside Technical Sales & Support Position**:
This is a full-time role as a Technical Sales Representative based in Sherwood Park, AB. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. This includes conducting sales activities inside and outside of the office, building relationships with clients, preparing and providing quotations and related technical documentation including product demonstrations as required, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Pay: $45,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
