The pre-sales support specialist is primarily responsible for accurate quotation entry, RMA approvals, managing e-commerce customer accesses. By performing various administrative and tactical functions, they allow our sales team to focus solely on growing our market, as well as ensuring we remain compliant with local and global regulations.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Prepare and support entry of commercial offers (special price agreements and various quotation types) within mandated timeframe
- Proactively monitor various 3rd party portals, such as for key customers and public tender site, and dispatch the inquiry to the appropriate group
- Approves or rejects return material requests from customers, once entered by the order entry team
- Initiate part creation process once an order is received & modify the existing quotation accordingly
- Perform quotation modifications on configured-to-order and made-to-order products
- Ensure customer access to ABB’s e-commerce platform is maintained within a predetermined timeframe
- Other tasks as defined by manager
**Your background**:
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
- College diploma (preferably in business administration)
- 2 + years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledgeable with the following software:
