_**SK Physiotherapy is seeking a full-time Clinic Administrator to join our team in Cambridge, ON. We welcome applicants with experience in any medical office or clinical setting. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you**_

The physiotherapy clinic administrator plays a key role in creating strong connections between the clinic and its patients. This is done by providing efficient administrative support and coordinating daily clinic activities, all while offering friendly, enthusiastic, and professional service to patients, staff, and external partners.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Professionally answer phone calls, greet patients warmly upon arrival, and address all inquiries and concerns with exceptional customer service.
- Collect and update patients' demographic and health information during their initial visit and throughout their treatment plans.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments using our online software system.
- Handle billing for extended health care (EHC) and WSIB claims.
- Provide administrative support to practitioners and therapists in between treatments.
- Set work priorities and ensure that all deadlines are consistently met.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Support collaboration with physicians and healthcare professionals to strengthen patient relationships as necessary.
- Assist with onboarding and training new staff.
- Provide guidance to service providers on treatment protocols and follow-up care as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 year experience in an operations role within health care, physiotherapy or similar clinic experience
- Solid Computer skills required in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
