We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Marketing Professional to lead and execute our marketing initiatives, including marketing strategies and advertising. This role will focus on the creation, development, and management of various content platforms, including our podcast, website, and digital media across multiple channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Podcast Management: Oversee the production, promotion, and growth of our firm’s podcast. This includes identifying topics, scheduling guest interviews, scriptwriting, editing, and distribution across various platforms.
- Content Creation: Develop and execute content strategies for the firm’s website and digital channels. Create engaging newsletters, articles, videos, and other multimedia content tailored to our target audience.
- Website Management: Update the website regularly with fresh content. Optimize the site for SEO and user experience to increase site traffic and engagement.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the firm's brand voice. Regularly post, engage with followers, and analyze social media performance to ensure growth.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of all digital marketing efforts. Use insights to improve content strategies and deliver better results.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related field, preferably within the financial or investment industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative approach to content creation.
- Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), digital marketing tools, SEO, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Experience with podcast production, from scripting to editing and distribution, is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and a proactive attitude.
