**The Role**

**You Will Have The Opportunity To**:

- Serve as a clinic ambassador for the 360 Sleeve program, representing Clinic 360 to potential patients.
- Act as a lead or first-level supervisor, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to patients and colleagues.
- Perform work under mínimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Drive the conversion of patients from consultation to surgery by effectively

communicating the benefits of bariatric surgery and addressing patient inquiries.
- Respond to patient inquiries received via web forms or phone, providing education and information to potential patients.
- Screen patients for consultations, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria for bariatric surgery.
- Maintain regular updates to the sales force, ensuring surgeons and the team have the latest information on upcoming surgeries and procedures.
- Assist surgeons during consultations and schedule follow-up appointments as directed by the physician.
- Coordinate surgery scheduling and secure payments from patients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, sharing patient insights and acting as a thought leader for campaigns.
- Coordinate care with other clinic staff to maintain continuity of care and deliver exceptional service to patients.
- Address patient complaints and concerns, escalating them to the Medical or Nursing Director as needed.
- Collaborate with the Bariatric Nurse to complete the required documentation, including consent forms.
- Work with the Bariatric Nurse to coordinate ancillary patient care with the dietitian and nutritionist.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Knowledge of the medical/bariatric surgery field is preferred.
- Experience in consultative selling and demonstrating the value of products/services.
- Ability to effectively present and communicate product information to potential customers.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and Word.
- Experience with CRM software and electronic sales tools.
- Highly motivated and self-driven with a passion for achieving sales success.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
