Mississauga, Canada Addison Leasing Of Canada Ltd. Full time

**Overall Responsibility**:
Administration support process for Addison Leasing of Canada Ltd.. Facilitate work & paper flow of new deals of all clients inclusive of vendor communications and vehicle pricing & acquisition. Responsible for compiling, auditing and processing deals inclusive of Programs, insurance and licensing coordination. Fuel Program card coordinator. Support CSRs with internal processing, flow and communications. Remarketing coordinator and client liaison for transitioning off roading of active leases.
- Act in the best interest, sense of urgency, of clients and the organization
- Provides creative solutions to difficult problems, asks for clarification, gives an honest analysis and anticipates challenges
- Continue to build and strengthen client relationships, with particular emphasis on mapping out the key decision makers and devising plans how we will gain access to them
- Monitoring and maintaining up-to-date records for client accounts and reviewing accounts in arrears to ensure appropriate actions are taken
- Tracing and locating debtors to make payment arrangements
- Customer credit reference checks
- Recommending further action or discontinuation of service on occasions where payment is not forthcoming - liaising with Finance and Accounting departments
- Maintain the accuracy of the information retained for that customers, terms, customer defined billing requirements
- Work with Finance/Accounting/Remarketing/Sales to prioritize and complete client collections and accomplish objectives by established deadlines including delinquency and cash collections
- Knowledge of collections and outstanding account receivables
- Customer Credit Card processing
- Pivot point for all client Remarketing inclusive of lease Buyouts, 3rd Party Sales & Auction communications.
- Follow up with respective Client parties for all outstanding items
- Report overdue accounts to Equifax
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Remarketing Administration
- Remarketing physical file flow inclusive of registration management.
- Create, populate, shelve & remove physical unit files in appropriate section in file room and follow up with respective parties for all outstanding items
- Vehicle Remarketing
- Handle all client inquiries for vehicle buy-outs
- Request Buyout value from Director of Operations
- Forward documentation & instructions to client for completion, inclusive of VTN, BOS, Lien Release, Power Of Attorney, Provincial Tax Form and Original registration
- Follow-up with client to ensure all documentation and funds are received at Addison for processing
- Coordinate vehicle lease disposals through auction/wholesaler facilities - follow up with vehicle availability & scheduling as required
- Internal physical file transition
- Provide and track Vehicle History Reports
- Obtain, compile and distribute Carfax/UDCA reports

Other responsibilities as required

Minimum of 3 years of collections experience. (Perferred Auto Collections)

Vehicle Fleet experience required

English / French bilingual preferred

Accounting experience preferred

Administration experience preferred

Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and focus on details

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Initiative to work independently and multi-task while managing varying client/departmental priorities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone communication and active Listening with experience in building customer relationships

Action-oriented with the drive to take initiative and accountability for decision-making

Business acumen and ability to interface in person and remotely with customers

Interest in a position centered in a fast paced office environment

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
