We are looking for a highly talented and motivated Facility Services & Maintenance Supervisor who will direct and oversee building services, facilities, manage and administer work and office services to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.
**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Manage, motivate, develop, and provide direct leadership to maintenance and administrative staff.
- Supervise repairs carried out by maintenance staff and/or vendors.
- Evaluate incoming work notifications and, when warranted, generate, and prioritize a work order to cover the work.
- Ensure that all scheduled work orders are completed in the allocated time.
- Prepare, allocate and schedule Work Orders to the maintenance personnel.
- Review completed work orders for correctness and completeness.
- Perform periodic inspections of repairs, unit turnover, and recently maintained equipment to observe the quality of the maintenance performed and the operating condition of the equipment.
- Perform Annual Building Inspection.
- Liaise with Property Operations on matters relating to equipment maintenance and availability.
- Maintain compliance with company and provincial regulatory standards, including but not limited to, occupational health and safety, strategic sourcing and vendor management, privacy and security.
- Demonstrate an active involvement/commitment to a progressive health and safety program.
- Coordinate and enforce safety and security protocols across all company facilities.
- Lead team to meet and exceed key performance indicators, fostering the professional development of each personnel.
- Work closely with the Manager, Facilities Operations on facility management initiatives and future development planning.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in facilities management or a related field, including experience with fleet vehicle management.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field, considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability in building operations, including maintenance, renovations, safety, and security management.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with experience in supporting contract management with third-party service providers.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering professional development and high performance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Familiarity with facilities management software (YARDI) considered an asset.
