**Job Description** The Role**:
**11-month contract**

Reporting to the Manager E-Commerce, the Web Merchandiser, is accountable for the development and execution of the on-line product strategies. You accomplish this by creating a compelling digital store experience, to include inspirational merchandise presentation, simple and intuitive category navigation and clear and accurate product details.

**What you do**:

- Responsible for online product set-up, including category mapping and product sequencing as well as coordinating product photography and description with cross-functional teams.
- Set up and review navigation, including the creation of product presentation pages to support merchandising plans and promotional activities.
- Oversee the product web merchandising optimization for all site traffic and leads by creating relevant presentation of the products that will allow a better conversation rate and optimizes usage of cross-sell functionalities.
- Create and manage all online coupon codes according to company objectives and strategies.
- Enhance the customers purchase and search journey by ensuring site taxonomy, access to the product offer through the hierarchy, sorting, filters ectevolves alongside business/marketing strategy
- Track and analyze product assortment, category performance and path to purchase. As well as, product reviews, cross-sell functionalities performance and market competition trends identifying opportunities to drive purchase and creating customer-centric web merchandising decisions.
- Work with IT to resolves any website performance issues as well participate technical feasibility of online merchandising projects

**Qualifications**
Who you Are:

- University Degree in Commerce, Marketing or equivalent field of study
- Minimum 1 years of related experience
- Experience in a retail, E-Commerce or merchandising field an asset
- Bilingual
