**For full-time employees**:

Purpose of the Internship
As an intern, you will support the merchandise allocation team in its day-to-day activities to ensure effective product distribution planning. You will collaborate with various teams, including stores, customer service, and the distribution center, to help ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare materials and information for meetings or other allocation-related events
- Support the team with distribution tasks, merchandise balancing, and managing fashion and basic reserves (min-max)
- Participate in organizing special projects, promotions, and store openings/closings
- Review weekly reports, follow up as needed, and help update databases
- Update tracking tools and the calendar on the intranet
- Draft internal communications (memos) for the department
- Assist with data entry for consolidations
- Handle sample requests and returns
- Coordinate web returns with the Distribution Center
- Conduct occasional store and distribution center visits to better understand field operations
Your Profile
- Excellent communicator: You’re comfortable expressing yourself clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Detail-oriented and efficient: You work quickly while maintaining high accuracy
- Team player with a positive attitude: You enjoy collaborating, sharing ideas, and learning from others
- Curious about fashion and logistics: You’re interested in retail and how merchandise is planned and distributed
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in inventory management or retail is an asset
- Strong communication skills and a good sense of interpersonal relations
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (must be able to communicate with teams outside of Quebec)
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
