If transparency, ambition, respect and accountability are important values to you, apply, because you're already one of us. **Role** Reporting to the Director - Planning, Allocation and Analysis, the Merchandise Allocator offers the opportunity to explore and analyze branch performance, with a focus on frame inventory optimization. Working closely with branch and Distribution Center teams, you'll play a crucial role in the smooth execution of merchandise distribution. You'll also be involved in special projects and have the opportunity to contribute to the building of the buying list, making this position a stimulating adventure for those passionate about effective inventory management and strategic analysis. **Job responsibilities** - Study and analyze branch performance by commodity and collection - Analyze and rank branch sales potential and physical limits - Transfer merchandise to optimize frame inventory turns - Execute and control all merchandise distributions (frames) to branches - Ensure modification of all orders, such as delivery date changes, cancellations, price and quantity adjustments - Communicate with branches for regular merchandise requests - Collaborate with the Distribution Center on inventory control - Verify all orders and communicate any discrepancies or anomalies to the buyer and Manager for approval (e.g., prices, quantities, colors, sizes, etc.). - Ensure communication of deliveries to the calendar in order to plan the receipt of goods at the Distribution Center. **Job requirements and qualifications** - University degree in computer science, administration, finance or other related field; - A minimum of 5 years project management experience in a fast-paced business environment; - Oral and written bilingualism (French and English); - Understanding or practical experience of IT infrastructure, or software development or web technologies; - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, MS Project, SmartSheet and Visio ; - PMP and PSM certifications (an asset); - Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies. **Personal and professional skills** - Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or economics, or other experience deemed equivalent; - Bilingual English/French, spoken and written; - 2 to 3 years job-related experience; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; - Analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and negotiation skills; - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines; - Strong analytical skills, ability to prioritize tasks and team spirit. **#emploisGVNL
