**Salary**: $19.00-$35.00 per hour + Bonus+ car allowance + marketing allowance. Compensation based on experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Reception of walk-in customer (showroom tour, product introduction, contact info recording)
- Provide information, quotation, and sales support to customers
- Answer incoming calls and ensure customers get accurate answers efficiently regarding - product information availability, delivery, pricing
- Schedule and maintain appointments
- Completing other assigned duties
- Willing to work weekend shifts

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills and willing to learn
- Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Graphic design/video editing is an asset
- Pleasant, audible, and friendly phone manner
- Sense of urgency and initiative
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must have attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to work well under pressure and with a diverse range of personalities
- Ability to manage stressful situations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $19.00-$35.00 per hour
