We are currently seeking an **energetic, experienced, and friendly Lead Administrative Assistant** to join our team. This is a key role working alongside both the General Manager and Business Manager to support day-to-day operations.

**About the Role**

**Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner
- Handling phone calls and messages with excellent etiquette
- Managing consumer accounts and updating records
- Performing general clerical and administrative duties
- Supporting the daily operations of the business
- Assisting with communication and online marketing efforts

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role**:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to set up, track, and manipulate data in Excel
- Prepare and edit professional presentations
- Comfortable navigating social media and online advertising platforms
- Holds a valid **G or G2 driver’s license** with a **clean driver’s abstract**:

- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities within an office environment
- Professional experience in a business setting
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- LEAD ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
