Taking on all work that keeps influencers away from creating content, I+AM’s team gets sh*t done and builds truly successful brand partnerships.

**Position**:Talent Agent (Manager)

**Location**:Montreal or Toronto

Talent Management
- Lead client strategy
- Directly manage a roster of talent
- Provide support and guidance in talent's career
- Main point of contact/lead on client accounts
- Lead & manage talent partnerships with the support of your team
- Negotiate and secure partnerships on behalf of your talent roster
- Negotiate contracts and facilitate amendments
- Strategize and proactively seek out opportunities for roster of talent
- Perform a quarterly audit on roster of talent and assess/adjust as needed
- Ensure your talent roster is continuously growing
- Ensure monthly sales goals are being met
- Liaise with accounting team when needed
Team
- Manage team of coordinator(s) directly under you
- Coaches, guides and disciplines team under your management
- Conduct employee reviews
Agency
- Continuously establish, maintain and build relations with brand & agency partners (quarterly calls, meetings, etc)
- Strategize new business opportunities for the agency and for roster/agency talent as a whole
- Participate in weekly company brainstorm meetings
- Participate and support in building company events and activations
- Travel when needed
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years experience managing talent; or PR agency experience managing accounts
You're someone who
- Has experience managing and mentoring a team
- Has an entrepreneurial spirit
- Is excellent at client relations
- Has the ability to multitask
- Is someone who is proactive and growth oriented
- Has knowledge and passion for social media and/or influencer marketing
- Has the ability to work independently
- Is familiar with Google, GSuite, Google Drive, Mail
- Respects deadlines
