**Description**:
**Role Purpose**:

- Logistical management of Gartner’s Corporate Events and Annual Sales Incentive Winners Circle

**Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities**:

- Partner with Gartner Business Units to deliver internal events for Gartner associates
- Development of program and budget
- Event logistics including management of venue, production, food and beverage, content
- Financial Management
- Winners Circle
- Delivery of Gartner’s annual Sales Incentive, Winners Circle
- Venue Management
- Collaboration with internal and external partners on production requirements
- Food & beverage management
- Financial management
- Management of external suppliers/freelancers
- Build effective relationships with internal partners ensuring clear understanding of their strategy and priorities
- Build effective relationships with external partners ensuring clear communication of Gartner priorities
- Communicate and collaborate effectively across pre-event and onsite teams
- Effective project management including ownership of and adherence to timelines and templates
- Continuous improvement through effective feedback collection and evaluation

**Professional Experience**:

- 5+ years Event Management experience
- Competent in Financial Management
- Proven Project Management Experience
- Experience of Contract Negotiation and Supplier Management

**Technical/Professional Skills and Competencies**:

- Competent in Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally
