We're expanding across North America and are looking for a
Corporate Sales & Partnerships Coordinator
to help us grow our B2B client base, build long-term partnerships, and bring our creative gifting solutions to workplaces everywhere.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, contact, and convert potential corporate clients (HR managers, marketing teams, event coordinators, office admins).
  • Pitch customized gifting solutions and build strong client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a growing pipeline through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking events.

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Build local partnerships with event organizers, coworking spaces, and small business networks.
  • Represent Hiba - The Galaxy at trade shows, community pop-ups, and corporate fairs.
  • Work closely with the creative team to align client requirements with product designs.

Targets & Reporting

  • Meet monthly sales goals with transparency and initiative.
  • Prepare simple reports on leads, conversions, and client feedback.
  • Provide input on corporate gifting trends to help shape future campaigns.

What We're Looking For

Confident communicator who enjoys building genuine relationships.

Background or interest in
sales, marketing, or corporate gifting
.

Self-motivated and results-driven, loves hitting targets and solving client needs.

Great storyteller who can express brand value with authenticity.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools or LinkedIn Sales Navigator (bonus but not mandatory).

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or client relations (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfort in attending both virtual and in-person client meetings.
  • Must be based in Canada (flexible hybrid or remote options).
