As an F45 Community Engagement Associate you will be accountable for building brand awareness in Squamish, driving community engagement and marketing activities and converting these leads into members for the studio.

Your role will need to collaborate effectively with the Studio Manager to ensure growth and retention of members through effective communication, planning and execution of high quality marketing plans and associated events, diligent engagement of leads to increase membership and ensuring alignment to the expectations of F45 Global Head office as outlined in the Playbook.

Job DescriptionRole and Responsibilities
- Marketing_
- Devise and execute Marketing plans to maximise brand exposure, lead generation and membership growth
- Assist with Social Media engagement
- Support the implementation of global promotional plans
- Become the community's biggest F45 Training advocate
- Membership Sales_
- Collaborate with and provide reporting to studio managers and owners to discuss weekly, and monthly membership goals and performance against set goals
- Collaborate with studio managers to respond to current member needs and member referrals
- Generate new leads through current members, influencers, community outreach, and all social media platforms
- Manage MindBody entries and report on sales progress
- Follow up with Members to resolve CRM and payment issues
- Ensure staff are equipped to manage member sales enquiries in studio
- Perform regular Pricing Reviews

We want to empower you to be a part of F45 as if it was your own business. Social media is an important part of getting small businesses off the ground and creating personable organic content to make F45 clients feel welcome is key to keeping them engaged in our community.

What we’re asking of you:

- Include F45 IG account in your personal bio, and let people know you’re a part of the team
- Use social media as a place to educate on F45 method and why it works. We know that we can be intimidating and that we are in competition with a saturated market-the key to packed classes is letting all levels know we are a scalable workout, and that we WORK
- Capture content, photos, videos, boomerangs etc and send to the studio IG account
- Help support the health and growth of F45 by adding to our business Instagram by doing takeovers, contributing content etc.

Skills & experience
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry
- A passion for fitness
- An intimate knowledge of Squamish and the surrounding areas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented

This role is part time - 20 hours per week.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
