**Primary Function**

Monitor all Revenue control procedures related to Transportation & Parking.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Monitor revenue control to verify procedures are followed throughout the entire revenue flow cycle including balancing cash float, hard tickets, parking pass inventory, daily sales transactions, daily sales report.
- Control access to secured vault and parking office to limit access to authorized personnel only.
- Assist Senior with preparation and analysis of month end and quarterly reports.
- Participate in revenue office audits twice monthly with Finance and Transportation Manager or Supervisor as recommended by City Auditors1
- Conduct revenue audits for revenue control with Customer Service Representatives.
- Prepare float request on a show by show basis.
- Assist by retrieving financial reports required by the Transportation Manager or Senior.
- Assist City Auditors when required through the Financial and Data Services Department
- Record all parking pass types by constituent use grouping including but not limited to exhibitors, Exhibition Place staff, tenants, monthly, complimentary, etc.
- Record data analysis as it relates to Transportation.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**
- Experience in cash handling/balancing cash accounts.
- Experience utilizing software packages (word processing, spreadsheets and electronic mail).
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to work days, evenings and weekends including holidays, as required to support operational requirements.
- Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices.
