We specialize in arranging truckload shipments of dry, specialized, and temperature controlled products across North America. **Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments for a high volume of orders
- Update sales and dispatch teams with status of shipments
- Data management
- Meeting customers’ needs
- Sales and dispatch coordination

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years customer service experience in an office environment is preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Personable over the phone
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Fast typing skills and excellent phone skills
