**Job Description - Inside Sales Representative/Call Center Agent**

**Reports to**:Sales Manager

Ferguson Moving and Storage, is seeking motivated, positive call center agents for our Business Development Center to continue to grow and expand. This is not a typical call center You will assist our North Vancouver Head Office location and franchises by fielding both inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to learn about their packing and moving needs...No cold calling

Ferguson Moving and Storage needs people with a mindset of building a career with a rapidly growing company. This role is designed to prepare and move you into an outside sales role.

Do you have great phone presence in both soft skills and sales skills?

Do you have experience selling (over the phone), or want to develop your experience in selling?
- Calls will be made from our North Vancouver office. You will find a positive work environment that balances high expectations with coaching, group support, and fun

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required**
- Outbound sales experience is very desirable
- Call centre experience
- Have very good understanding of computers.
- Experience working within the transportation industry is very desirable.
- Experience meeting & exceeding customer service requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills, including grammar and spelling.
- Reliable, positive can-do attitude and a team player

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Salary**: $18/hour

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

**Benefits**:

- $1500 benefits allowance yearly

Schedule:

- 8 Hour Shifts, five days a week

**Work Environment**
