**Summary**

**Inside Sales Representative/Shipping** position is based in the GTA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and fostering relationships with our customers. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering top-notch service and building materials to our customers.
**Responsibilities**
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner
- Responsible for handling customer service requests which include - order entry, pricing.
- Responsible for quoting customers.
- Duties also include checking inventory for product availability, providing delivery dates to customers
- Assist and support Account Managers with active orders and requests.
- Deal with product-related problems that customers may have, such as defective products and the return of products.
- Responsible for spec products for customers
- Assist Shipper with deliveries
- Responsible for carrying out any other duties assigned by management.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of construction materials is a plus
- Math skills required
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Computer skills

**Wage: depending on experience the wage will be determined**
