The Office Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for Mako Design. The Office Coordinator must be enthusiastic and committed and will bring professionalism and poise. The Office Coordinator must have proven efficiency in providing administrative support and dealing capably with leads and queries.

**Mandatory for the Office Coordinator Role (READ THIS BEFORE APPLYING)**:

- Must have 3 years of experience in an Administrative Role
- Is extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Can handle multiple different tasks throughout the day (it's a very fast-paced and ever-changing role)
- Positive and energetic on the phones

- You have strong attention to detail, with accuracy & thoroughness in all areas of your work
- Able to handle a high volume of time-sensitive tasks (a high level of time management skills is essential)
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in Product Development and Social Media/SEO

**Key Responsibilities for the Office Coordinator Role**:

- Mainly, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks for the office. Here are some additional responsibilities:

- Creating new organizational processes around new business requirements
- Tracking results against set targets and look for continuous improvement
- Look for continuous improvement and efficiencies
- Supporting day-to-day management of schedules
- Organizing meetings and providing administrative support to the office
- Data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts
- Processing and recording transactions
- Coordinate and prepare inbound and outbound shipments
