Candidates with primarily boutique or small business backgrounds may not be the right fit.ResponsibilitiesHubSpot Website & Landing Pages: Design and optimize HubSpot assets that support enterprise B2B lead generation funnels, account-based marketing campaigns, and multi-persona buyer journeysCustomize HubSpot themes and templates to reflect evolving brand guidelinesImplement and track CTAs, forms, and UTM parameters for campaign attributionRun A/B tests and optimize for conversion performanceGoogle Ads & Analytics: Set up, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across search and displayImplement conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4Manage campaigns with complex attribution models, long sales cycles, and large budgetsAlign campaign tracking and reporting with enterprise KPIs such as pipeline contribution, MQL→SQL conversion, and ACV impactBranding & Graphic Design: Translate Smile branding into refreshed web, digital ad, and campaign assetsCreate high-quality visuals, graphics, and layouts for web and marketing useEnsure brand consistency across all digital channels and touchpointsDevelop campaign assets tailored to healthcare technology audiences (executives, IT, clinicians, payers, regulators)Collaborate with marketing and product teams on brand rolloutMaintain repository of brand approved graphic designs for organizational-wide useReporting & Optimization: Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for website, campaigns, and ads to track performance, conversion metrics, and ROIRecommend improvements to increase engagement and lead generationMonitor and address website issues including broken links, redirects, performance, security, and complianceStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and adapt strategies to align with market shiftsDevelop a working understanding of Smile Digital Health’s value proposition, target industries, target personas, and solutionsComply with the privacy, security and confidentiality policies.
