**Job Description - OOTC Administrative Led**
**Title**: Out of the Cold Program - Administrative Lead
**Reports to**: Program Manager
The Administrative Lead provides high-quality administrative support to the Out Of the Cold (OOTC) program. This position requires a self-driven, resourceful and task oriented individual who is willing to accept new challenges in tandem with the organization’s growth. Specific responsibilities include:
- **Administrative Support**_
- Provide direct administrative and data collection for the OOTC program
- Scheduling staff as needed
- Facilitate client surveys on a nightly basis
- Submit all reports to the Region of Peel
- Data analysis
- Provide direct administrative support in copying, filing, scanning, maintaining supplies inventory etc.
- Troubleshoot and/or escalate office administration issues
- Present a positive and professional image
- Other duties shall be assigned as required
**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated work experience in similar role required
- Knowledge of office administration procedures
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Ability to managing multiple and changing priorities at once
- Minute taking and action item tracking experience
- Familiar with working with men experiencing homelessness preferred
- Excellent leadership skills
- Social Service Worker diploma or similar
- Experience working with the homeless population
**Other**
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- 4- month contract
- Schedule: Evenings, weekend and overnight shifts as needed
- Non-unionized position
- Start date: November, 2024
- End date: March, 2025
- Salary Range: $24.74 per hour
