**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department, including restaurant/ banquet and kitchen areas.
- Ensure that all staff members are trained in customer service standards and operational procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain cost control measures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of menu items.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing menus that reflect current trends while meeting guest preferences.
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens, and storage spaces.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, policies, and performance expectations.

**Skills**
- Experience in Banquet event venue is preffered.
- Proven experience in restaurant or hotel management with a focus on food and beverage operations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to address guest needs effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and inventory management.
- Excellent team management abilities to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to supervise multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and management positively.
