As a Red Seal, Line Cook, your duties are to assist the Chef Managers in Hospitality Services as follows:

- Daily food preparation and duties assigned by the Chef Managers to meet the standard and quality.
- Ensure all policies, procedures and standards set by Hospitality Services are met accordingly.
- Prepare all types of soups/sauces.
- Prepare and customize specialty dishes for specific stations.
- Ensure the production, preparation and presentation of food is always of the highest quality.
- Knowledge of all standard procedures, policies, storage and sanitation.
- Carve display meats, vegetables, fruits and salads.
- Knowledge of menu creations, while maintaining quality and controlling costs.
- Recognition of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
- Report all unsafe/malfunctioning equipment to Management.
- Carry out any other duties as required by Management.

Job Requirements:

- Red Seal Certification.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
