As a Jr Portfolio & Resourcing Analyst summer student, you are not just a cog in the machine but the very gear that keeps the project machinery running smoothly, ensuring compliance with company standards and propelling the organization towards its strategic goals. You possess a natural inclination towards data analysis and critical thinking and you are able to transform complex datasets into strategic insights. You have exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail that ensures no aspect of a project is overlooked. You are capable of navigating the dynamic nature of project management and adjusting strategies as needed to meet evolving project demands. A typical day for the Jr Portfolio & Resourcing Analyst
- Project Documentation Management:

- Update and manage PMO and Project SharePoint sites.
- Maintain and organize project artifact templates to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Audit and Compliance Reporting:

- Assist in PMO Audit and Compliance reporting by collecting relevant data and ensuring adherence to standards.
- Portfolio Reporting:

- Collaborate on PMO portfolio reporting using Power BI or other reporting tools.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Project Center Administration:

- Support the Project Center by:

- Adding resources to projects.
- Updating project plans.
- Troubleshooting project-related issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in project management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on data.
- Understanding of PMO software tools such as MS Project Online.
- Excellent program coordination and administration abilities.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

**Required Skills**:
