Air Inuit has been providing essential scheduled, charter, cargo and emergency air transportation services to Nunavik and beyond, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for 45 years. Owned collectively by the Inuit of Nunavik through the Makivik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of 30 aircraft and employs over 1,000 people in one of the world's most demanding flying environments.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITIES**
- Match invoices and purchase orders for goods and services received
- Verify transactions comply with financial policies and procedures;
- Prepare and code invoices for data entry;
- Reply to vendor inquiries;
- Maintain and update vendor files;
- Reconcile monthly statements;
- Prepare monthly accruals;
- Perform other relevant tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Accounts Payable; accounting background an asset;
- Strong inter-personal skills;
- Highly organized, strong analytical skills with attention to detail, efficient and self-motivated;
- Proficient in use of MS Office (Excel - advanced, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 - an asset)
- Bilingual - French/English, Inuktitut an asset.

**EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS**
- Work location - Air Inuit Technical Center - Montreal-Trudeau Airport.
- The work week is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

**COMPENSATION**
- Compensation and benefits are determined in accordance with corporate policy.
