Kore Outdoor is a dynamic and fast-paced company and we currently have a career opportunity available for an A/P Specialist at our Head Office located in Saint-Laurent. This position reports directly to the Corporate Controller.

**Basic Functions**

The Accounts Payable Specialist will collaborate with the Accounting team to execute the accounts payable cycle in a meticulous and effective manner. The Accounts Payable Specialist analyzes invoices to identify any errors, ensuring the exact amounts due to be paid.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform the daily payables data entry (purchase invoices, expense reports, etc.)
- Match packing slips and receiving documents to invoices;
- Process weekly payments;
- Reconciling vendor statements;
- Reconciling sales tax;
- Participate in the audit process;
- Open, sort and distribution of incoming mail;
- Provide payables reports;
- Perform other duties and projects upon request.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of a DEP or DEC in Accounting
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution company
- Proficient in English, functional in French
- Knowledge of Microsoft Navision - an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
