Vacations : We love to work but we also love vacations Responsibilities Process vendor invoices, ensuring appropriate approvals and coding to general ledger accounts Ensure that invoice is made out to the correct legal entity and respects legal requirements Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents Prepare and execute weekly cheque runs and electronic payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files Assist with month-end closing procedures (accruals) and provide reports as needed Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address payment inquiries Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies Candidate Profile Demonstrate diplomacy and collaboration with vendors; Thoroughness; Team player and analytical skills; Sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit; Priority-management and organizational skills; Customer service oriented approach; Interpersonal flexibility and interpersonal skills; Ability to adapt; Requirements Diploma or college degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in real estate or property management Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Yardi, Space, or similar) and Microsoft Excel Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy The masculine gender is used without discrimination and for the sole purpose of lightening the text.
