**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming guests into the Japanese zen experience with friendly and professional customer service. Assess their needs and answer their inquiries or guide them to the treatment room
- Orientation to the clients about how to enjoy the treatment (10 min)
- Maintain the tidiness and organization of the reception area, Cleaning the beds in the heating room, change room, washroom and customer waiting area.
- Perform other admin duties as requested by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Being the face of our spa to the customer, the receptionist must have a natural ability to engage positively with people in person and on the telephone, always leaving a welcoming and professional first impression of the spa
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
- Reception and/or Customer Service experience is preferred
