Keep that in mind - **Act as a "gate-keeper"**, protecting the CEO's time, while managing positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. - **Be a self-starter and anticipate needs by**: - building into the CEO’s schedules time to prepare, reflect, or travel. - being prepared with solutions and alternatives through researching and thinking to yourself “if I were the CEO, what would I ask next?”, then proceeding to prepare for the answer OR “what issues might arise?” then proceeding to mitigate these issues if possible. - following up on action items from meetings to ensure they are done. - **Act as a Personal Assistant on behalf of the CEO **- you will act as the first point of contact for the CEO and provide full logístical support. Your attention to detail and professionalism will allow a streamlined process to manage scheduling, correspondence, arranging and managing travel schedules, personal appointments, household staff etc. - **Draft and send correspondence with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO** - high professionalism, attention to detail and sound judgement are key here. - **Organize receipts, make claims and manage admin processes **that relate to all of the CEO’s personal and professional expenses, thereby ensuring he spend as little time as possible worrying about administrative tasks, and as much time as possible growing the business. - **Prepare and book all travel and related appointments **and manage all of the associated documentation. - **Be resourceful and humble** - be comfortable saying “I don’t know”, but resourceful enough to say, “and here is how I’ll find out”. **ABOUT YOU** - University Degree required and strong business acumen - 5+ years’ experience supporting C-suite leader(s) and/or busy senior executives. - Experience working within a fast-paced, high growth, chaotic environment. - Extremely resourceful and proactive, with a strong sense of urgency and even stronger attention to detail. - Hardworking, with a positive, can-do attitude. - Team player - willing to help wherever and however necessary to support other departments. - Strong interpersonal skills shine on - you can work well with different personalities in the organization. - Professional and approachable. - Trustworthy and have incredible discretion and judgment when it comes to sensitive or confidential matters. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to edit documents for spelling and grammar; able to represent the CEO internally a
