**About the Position**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and manage the CEO’s calendar of meetings; resolve scheduling issues
- Draft and prepare communications for internal announcements or meetings
- Manage sensitive matters with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
- Optimize the CEO's time by conducting research and analyzing information as needed
- Arrange travel and accommodations for the Executive Team
- Office administration; ordering equipment and office supplies
- Join meetings and calls, take detailed notes, help with any admin in real-time
- Greet the CEO’s guests in person, on the phone, or in video calls
- Coordinate meeting locations as well as food and beverage
- Organize and manage the CEO’s contacts
- Assist in preparing presentations, documents, and spreadsheets
- Complete ad-hoc projects (as needed)

**Skills & Experience**:

- Strong written and verbal communication
- Time management skills
- Perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle executive or confidential client matters
- Operate with integrity and follow through on commitments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible hours as needed by the CEO and the business
- Be curious, willing to learn, and maintain a positive attitude
- 5+ years working as an Executive Assistant for C-level executives

**Bonus Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher)
- Experience working with contracts and legal documents
- Experience working in the creative industry
- Experience working with professional artists or musicians
- Experience working with crypto, blockchains or Web3
- Passion for food, cocktails, and event planning
- Additional spoken and written languages
- Experience with project management
- Experience using design tools (Adobe CC, Sketch, Figma)

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
