Role Description

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO for a part-time, remote role based in Canada. In this role, you will manage the CEO's day-to-day administrative tasks, including calendar and diary management, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements. Other responsibilities include preparing and managing expense reports, drafting correspondence, and supporting the CEO with strategic initiatives and special projects. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and a high level of confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
  • Experience in managing Expense Reports and overseeing Diary Management
  • Strong Administrative Assistance capabilities, including organization and time management
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Prior experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment is a plus
