Quik's Farm Ltd, based in Chilliwack BC, is a family farm whose primary business is cut flower growing and processing. With over twenty acres of indoor and an additional thirty acres of seasonal outdoor growing space, the company prides itself in its unique vertical integration within the floriculture sector. Quik’s Farm is geared towards the intense production of cut Chrysanthemums, Oriental Lilies, Alstroemeria, Lisianthus, Sunflowers, and other seasonal crops utilizing state-of-the-art growing systems and leading-edge technology to produce high quality products for our diverse customer base across North America.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Accurate data entry of accounts payable including but not limited to receiving, processing, verifying, reconciling and paying invoices.
- Manage the accounts payable inbox.
- Maintain existing supplier database for correct information and establish new vendor data.
- Assisting departments with the purchasing of parts and office supplies.
- Contribute to a cooperative, cross-functional team environment as necessary to meet departmental deadlines and goals.
- Reconcile vendor statement.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Secondary school diploma or GED equivalent.
- A business administration certificate, or experience related to finance, or a related field would be considered an asset.
- A minimum of one year’s experience in an accounting capacity in Accounts Payable/Receivable.
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks and Microsoft 365 software, specifically Microsoft Excel.
