**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Supports prospective families with their customer journey by providing individualized service.
- Plans, organizes and implements on-campus admissions events.
- Acts as a point of contact for planning campus visits for prospective families.
- Creates and coordinates communications for prospective families throughout the admissions process.
- Supports marketing and communications initiatives targeted to prospective families.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in education, communications, marketing or a related field.
- Experience working with youth ages 10-18.
- Proven customer service skills and engagement.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with other employees, prospective families and the general public in order to build a cooperative working relationship.
- Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills.
- Knowledge of and experience with Google Suite and database management.
- Understanding of and high respect for confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
