**WHO ARE THEY?**
Our client is an Asset-Based Transportation company with headquarters in Vancouver, BC, and a satellite office in the Hamilton, ON region. Specializing in open deck, full truckload carrier operations, their primary focus is on Canada to USA lanes, particularly in long-haul transportation.
**WHAT IS THIS ROLE ALL ABOUT?**
As the Business Development Manager, youll do more than just hit sales targets. Your role will be to exemplify the service our client provides, steering client relationships while collaborating with their Operations team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
**WHAT YOULL BE DOING**
**Sales & Strategy**
- Forge lasting partnerships with key industry decision-makers.
- Uncover and capitalize on new business opportunities to exceed KPIs.
- Strategize and implement scalable sales processes.
- Drive revenue growth through targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with their Operations Manager, freeing you to focus on business development and client retention.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for their clients, constantly seeking ways to improve their experience.
**ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP AND GROWTH**
Accounts you sign are yours to manage, ensuring long-term growth potential. Our client wont move them to house accounts unless you choose to. Your successes accumulate year-over-year, enhancing your career and income prospects.
**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**
- Salary: $48,000 - 64,000 per year (OTE Min. $100,000-$145,000)
- Car Allowance: $12,000
- Uncapped Commission
- Tiered Commission: The more you sell, the more you earn.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Min. 2+ Years of Experience in Brokerage Sales or Asset-Based Sales
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
