Adamson Systems Engineering is a vertically integrated manufacturer with a broad range of production technologies, located in beautiful Port Perry, Ontario. We manufacture a broad range of live performance audio equipment used in concerts and on stages around the world.

The Head of Marketing reports to the Chief Revenue Officer, and is directly responsible for improving Adamson's marketing efforts across a broad range of platforms. Driving brand interest and awareness through successful campaigns and community engagement is the top priority for this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advertising Campaigns
- Product Launches
- Social Media
- Brand Guidelines
- Video Content
- Staying within budget
- Guiding a team of technical marketing and social media creators

Qualifications & Experience:

- 3-5 years of marketing and content management within the pro audio or tech products industry
- Thorough knowledge of branding and social media strategies
- High level of communication skills
- Ability to guide brand strategy based on industry norms
- Industry forecasting
