**Annual Salary: $49,366 - $61,719**
The Administrative Assistant is accountable to the Director - Building Services & Capital Planning, and the Director - Environmental & Food Services for the provision of confidential administrative services. The Administrative Assistant provides supportive functions to the Directors related to planning, scheduling, communication, report development, and meeting coordination.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma in business administration, office administration
- Minimum two years related work experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Demonstrated accuracy, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet various deadlines
- Must be at intermediate skill level for Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint and Visio
- Ability to use independent judgment and maintain confidentiality of records, actions, and information
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work
Assets:
- Experiencd with Smartsheet and Canva design software
**CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT**
