**Position: Solar Installer & Roofer**

This is a **full-time, permanent role** focused on the installation of rooftop solar systems for residential and commercial projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install solar panels and related components on rooftops (shingled, flat, and sloped surfaces)
- Complete general roofing tasks and repairs related to solar installations
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools
- Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and organized
- Work effectively with other team members and project leads
- Follow safety guidelines, building codes, and company standards

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **2+ years of experience** in solar installation and/or roofing (required)
- Experience working at heights and in outdoor environments
- Knowledge of fall protection, roof anchoring, and safe climbing techniques
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
- Must be bondable and pass a background check
