**Position: Finance and Procurement Coordinator**

**Location**: Mississauga, Canada

**Role Overview**: As our Finance and Procurement Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—ensuring seamless financial processes and optimizing our procurement activities. If you’re ready to make a real impact in the pharmaceutical world, this role is your prescription for success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor expenses and reconcile account balances and invoices.
- Collaborate with our finance team to ensure accurate reporting.
- Act as the payroll coordinator for Candoo
- Be active in the process selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing orders.
- Ensure timely delivery and maintain quality standards.
- Keep meticulous records of financial transactions and procurement activities.
- Work closely with our R&D teams—understand their needs and align procurement strategies.
- Team up with production, quality control, and logistics to keep things humming.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in finance, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Bonus points if you know your way around the pharmaceutical industry

Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year
