**Position: Finance and Procurement Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**

  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Monitor expenses and reconcile accounts.
  • Collaborate with our finance team to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Be the maestro of procurement—selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing orders.
  • Nurture relationships with suppliers and keep our shelves stocked.
  • Ensure timely delivery and maintain quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations (you’re our compliance superhero).
  • Keep meticulous records of financial transactions and procurement activities.
  • Help us shine during audits.
  • Work closely with our R&D teams—understand their needs and align procurement strategies.
  • Team up with production, quality control, and logistics to keep things humming.

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Excel ninja? SAP sorcerer? Bring your tech skills
  • Attention to detail? Check. Analytical prowess? Double-check.
  • Stellar communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Bonus points if you know your way around pharmaceutical industry regulations.

Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year
