**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Process incoming orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate records of inventory and order details.
- Prepare shipper bags/boxes, pick products, and prepare shipping paperwork for orders.
- Analyze customer needs and provide solutions, including upselling when appropriate.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall fulfillment processes.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Receive physical inventory into warehouse stock accurately by placing products onto shelves and into labelled bins designated by style, colour, and size.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency.
- Participate in regular Inventory Counts and Quality Control Audits as required and directed.
- Complete pick and pack order process accurately and in a timely manner to meet daily Customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Back up coverage to other positions as required to ensure consistent customer care.

**Requirements**:

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred, with the ability to upsell products effectively.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to analyze information quickly and make informed decisions.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in fulfillment or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
