**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks. Understanding Job Costing for a medium size construction company.
- Perform budgeting tasks, including account reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to budgeting, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
