We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Manager to ensure our company’s clients are provided with timely and high quality support. As a Helpdesk Manager, you will be responsible for responding to support requests, scheduling repairs and training new employees. You should have excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner, including the ability to solve technical problems. You will also organize meetings and perform inventory checks of telecommunications hardware. Ideally, you should be familiar with office equipment and have good basic computer knowledge. In this position, you will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented and have exceptional customer service skills. Ultimately, you will have a key role in retaining existing customers while helping us acquire new ones.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer's technical issues or complaints.
- Record requests for service and track status.
- Analyze system performance to recommend upgrades or changes.
- Training customers on new products or services.
- Work closely with vendors to maintain computer hardware and software.
