**Key Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot **hardware and software issues** on Windows systems.
- Assist with **user account management**, including password resets and access requests.
- Set up and maintain **printers, network devices, and office peripherals**.
- Provide **basic network troubleshooting** (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity issues).
- Document support requests and resolutions in the **helpdesk system**.
- Educate users on IT best practices and security policies.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or IT administrators as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office 365.
- **Networking Basics**: Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in a technical support or IT helpdesk role (entry-level applicants welcome).
- **Certifications (preferred)**: CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation
- **Transportation ( preferred )**:Having a car is an asset and possible travel across three main locations may be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
