About the role
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing a high level service to customers across a broad range of needs, focusing on complex and high value enquiries. You will also encourage and support customers to engage with the Self Service options. We are looking for someone who LOVES helping customers and providing an amazing customer experience. You will be part of an inclusive, supportive, high performing team and enjoy a role with loads of variety.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage issues/scenarios presented day to day through to completion within designated timeframes
- Identify and resolve customer’s issue
- Collaborating with internal and offshore teams to create an extraordinary Customer Experience
- Use your knowledge to upsell and explain offers where applicable
- Encourage the use of Self Service platform
- Provide account management for our Mass Market customer segment.
- Deliver against agreed Key Performance indicators and targets
Skills and experience
- Ability to articulate, listen and communicate effectively.
- Experience in identifying customer needs and provide solutions
- Creative problem solving skills
- Be Customer Obsessed
- Extremely accurate, attention to detail
- Very good written and verbal communications
- Excellent time-management skills
- Strong self-management skills including the ability to work autonomously and prioritise own workload and deliverables

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Part-time
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
